Why stage and production management?

I love seeing an idea go from the page to stage. Being a part of an early sketch or idea to seeing it on stage is one of the most fulfilling things for me. I enjoy being able to talk to every department and understand their visions. In both stage and production management I get to see all of the aspects and help make them reality.
But the thing I keep coming back to is the LIVE element of theater. The moment when something new happens, when the show grows and reacts to the environment around it. The moments when something magical happens that can never be replicated.

What are your favorite shows to work on?

Anything that is technically complex, the more cues the better! New works and world premieres are especially fun for me as I love to be part of the creative process of discovery. Immersive theater holds the #1 spot though. The complexities and intimacy of immersive is unmatched and for me is the ultimate theatrical experience.

What do you do when you are not working?

I have the cutest Shiba Inu (Kasima) who I love taking for walks. I also am a huge fan of video games and can be found playing many RPGs in my free time.

What shows are on your bucket list?

I would love to do something creepy in an old theater, immersive preferably. I also love to explore anything new, so as long as it is a new challenge I am up for it.

Anything else?

I believe theater has the chance to change the world if we listen to each other’s stories and have compassion.
